The CVN provides several tools that bring any Corporate Venture Program to the next level.

The CVN builds on a continuous and iterative process, divided into four sequential and closely interrelated phases, including

  • how to develop a CV program from scratch by defining the CV mandate in the Profiling phase;
  • how to set up a CV program in the Designing phase;
  • how to manage a CV program according to set objectives and expectations in the Operating phase;
  • how to terminate a CV program successfully in the Harvesting phase.

Along the navigation process, the CV Cockpit delivers transparency and a clear understanding of relevant performance indicators to validate and drive CV program progress.
